Music Ministry - Chancel Choir
Chancel Choir is the traditional team that leads
worship in our 10:45 am Sunday Service with an emphasis on our old and
beloved hymns. We rehearse Thursday evenings at 7-8 pm and meet
for warm-up on Sundays at 10:15 am. If you feel called to become a
prt of our Chancel Choir team, please contact Polly James through the
church office at 845-452-2933.
Our organ is three manual organ that was rebuilt in the '80's and
is kept in repair and proper tuning by Allen Hill. Many of the
pipes are from the original Moeller organ. A new pipe division was
created that can be seen with it's magnificent Trumpets above the
chancel area. Both the organ and Steinway grand piano are used in
the traditional services.
